Willow Pilates offers small groups and one to one mat Pilates classes in Whitchurch-On-Thames RG8. Full studio pilates including Reformer, Chair and Cadillac is available in Caversham. The Whitchurch mat classes are held in a boutique pilates studio and also in private venues.
Classes are available for women and men of all ages, levels of experience and for pre- natal / post -natal, sport specific, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Willow Pilates is run by Tania Neeson who began teaching Pilates over 20 years ago after a major car accident which led her to Pilates.
Tania trained with Pilates International (now Sampson Pilates) and with Oxford School of Pilates / Alan Herdman Pilates.
Tania's training covers all aspects of Pilates from beginners, intermediate and classical matwork, small equipment including foam rollers, balls and arc barrell, the Pilates machines including Reformer, Trapeze, Wunda Chair and Slope.
Tania has extensive post qualification experience with Balanced body, APPI, Pilates On Tour and Stott Pilates,
the leading international teaching schools.
Tania has an interest in Alexander Technique and holistic health and has studied reflexology. She also takes regular Pilates and yoga classes and enjoys walking her dog Minty.
After teaching at Pilates International and Oxford School of Pilates, Tania set up her own Pilates classes locally and then set up and ran a pilates studio near Reading, the first fully equipped Pilates studio in the area.Tania is available for 1 to 1s and small groups at the equipment studio in Caversham by arrangement.
Tanias teaching is tailored to each individual and focuses on good alignment and technique to ensure correct movement patterns. The classes are no larger than 5 clients to ensure you get the attention you need to progress.
Why Willow Pilates? We are lucky to be surrounded by beautiful willow trees in Whitchurch-On-Thames and are aiming for the flow, flexibility and grounded strength of willow trees in our pilates sessions.
The sessions are informal but focused. We aim for health and happiness!
